Owner and President
Mark is now in his 40th year in the the construction industry, starting out in 1980 and founding Window Specialist Inc. in 1989. As a hands-on owner, Mark worked in the field on window projects and trained new employees until 2005. Currently, Mark oversees the day-to-day operation of a well-qualified staff, including fostering the career growth opportunities of each Window Specialist Inc. employee.
Project Coordinator
Since 2004, Gabriella has handled pre/post contract requirements, coordination of hazardous materials, and accounting, along with acting as a Notary Public.
Administrative Manager
Since 2016, Sabrina has handled payroll, benefits management, safety coordination, equipment rentals, project reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Design/Estimating/Senior Project Superintendent
Kenneth has worked with Window Specialist Inc. since 1998, originally starting in Field Installations. With 27 years in the construction industry under his belt, Kenneth manages all sorts of jobs, ranging from measurement and design to scheduling.
Project Estimator
Tom has 28 years’ experience in the Glass & Glazing industry. Started his career as a field installer and quickly worked his way up to an Estimator shortly after. Is proficient in Aluminum Curtain Wall, Aluminum Storefronts and Entrances, Aluminum & Wood Windows, Skylights, Translucent Wall Systems and Metal Wall Panels.
Project Superintendent/Estimating
Eric oversees numerous crew projects throughout New York State and Pennsylvania. Hired in 2009, Eric’s project activity areas include field installations of architectural windows, curtain wall, storefront and glass canopies.
Project Superintendent/ Crew Supervisor
Mike has been an employed with Window Specialist Inc. since 1996 and is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential window and door installations. He is also skilled in architectural windows, storefronts, curtain walls and skylights. Currently he is supervising all field crews along with scheduling and estimating of current and future projects.
Drafting and Design Manager/Purchasing
Before joining Windows Specialist Inc. in 2017, Brian spent 17 years in construction, including previously operating his own company. Brian brings 22 years of experience with Auto CAD and Submittals to the team.
Drafting and Design
From 2010-2015, Ryan worked with field installations of architectural windows for Window Specialist Inc. He currently works in the Auto CAD department.
Fleet Maintenance Manager
Since joining in 2023, it’s been Steve’s responsibility to maintain all trucks, trailers, and man lifts.
Shop Manager
Bruce has worked for Window Specialist Inc. since 1991. He manages all shipping/receiving in our metal/wood shop. He keeps track of shop work scheduling with job site requirements.
Purchasing Manager
Paul has been with Window Specialist Inc. since 2008. He was originally hired as a field employee and later on became a site foreman. After some time running projects, Paul was brought into our shop to oversee material purchasing for job sites.
