This historic preservation project in Buffalo, NY consisted of replicating 84 historic double-hung wood windows with Marvin wood sashes and replicating 135 steel windows with Winco 3250 Series anodized steel windows. The historic 1919 building in Buffalo’s Cobblestone District was restored for mixed use, including offices for Pegula Sports & Entertainment and restaurant space for Labatt Brewery. The project also included asbestos abatement at windows.
The approximate project cost was $530,000.
