Bents Opera House

Window Specialist worked closely with Marvin windows to configure a Marvin clad wood window to replicate the deteriorated existing wood windows at the Historic Opera House in Medina, NY. The Marvin windows were installed into newly constructed wood buck frames while maintaining the existing interior jamb extension and casings that were brought back to their original condition.

Approximately 45 Marvin windows were installed to complete the Historic exterior of the opera house. Window Specialist also restored four original wood window and door openings back to their original condition to showcase the historic building’s character. The approximate project cost was $400,000.
