Originally built during the 19th century to house the operations of the James Cunningham & Son Company, this five-story, red brick structure underwent renovations in the early 20th century to transform into the Utz and Dunn Shoe Company Building. Serving as a shoe factory from the 1910s to the 1950s, the building has stood empty for more than a decade.
Window Specialist Inc. played a pivotal role in the building’s revitalization, installing more than 850 Marvin Ultimate Aluminum Clad Windows. Additionally, they erected a curtain wall measuring 26’X 18′ and implemented various storefront entryways throughout the entirety of the building.
