Holley High School was built between 1930 and 1931. It has been vacant since 1975. This historic preservation window project consisted of restoring 150 window openings, installing new insect screens, and replacing 21 openings with Marvin Ultimate aluminum-clad wood windows. In addition, Window Specialist installed 7 new EFCO 403 series storefronts with EFCO D200 series doors. In 2020, Holley Garden Apartments won an award in “Excellence in Historic Building Rehabilitation”.
The approximate project cost was $1.1 million and was completed in September of 2020.
