Hotel Syracuse

Built in 1924 and was considered to be the largest and most prestigious hotel in Syracuse for nearly 90 years, it’s a magnificent structure consisting of 3 towers connected to the main base. Project consisted of installation of Marvin historic aluminum clad wood windows next generation 4450 series. Window Specialist Inc. also historically restored existing wood windows; including 22 large 8′ x 16′ windows at the mezzanine and lobby.

In 2017, Window Specialist Inc. was awarded by the Preseration League of New York State for our part in the restoration of Hotel Syracuse and our commitment to the protection of New York State’s historic resources.

The approximate project cost was $931,765.00 and completed in January 2017.
